Elicit Eagle Elite Book 4 edition by Rachel Van Dyken Romance eBooks
Whoa! It's been a while since, I decided finishing a book was more important than sleep. Granted I have done that these past few months, but this was a choice I had to finished the book. I don't know why it took me so long to read Rachel Van Dyken's Elicit, because I have loved the series since book Elite. I just decided I needed to read Elicit. At the end of Entice, a lot of things went down. Let's just get it out there the drama just explodes. So, we have Tex and he has become the head honcho, so there will be many out to get him. After all Campisi, and sometimes blood will be thicker than water. Mo finds out that Tex is in danger, so a plan was created to save him. Basically it boils down on how Tex and Mo handle the situation.
Oh my goodness, I don't know where to beginning with my thoughts, because it was awesome. Seriously, there is drama galore. Not only that we have a lot of POV of views going on in this story that feed into the drama. At certain times I wasn't sure how Mo and Tex were ever going to be together, because so much subterfuge going on that it got me going "What the hell?" However, the Elicit grabbed me and wouldn't let go with me. I tried to put the damn book down, but I had to know how the chaos that was beginning was going to end. There is so much, I want to say, but at the same time I can't.
Basically, a gripping story. I'm going to say this again this is a series thats needs to be started from the beginning, because the story builds off each book. You could start Elicit without reading the others, but it's not advise. Now I need to get to Ember, so I could talk about one particular character.

Elicit Eagle Elite Book 4 edition by Rachel Van Dyken Romance eBooks Reviews
Rachel Van Dyken’s Elicit is the fourth book in the Eagle Elite series. Each book so far has kept me riveted to the pages and I am afraid I have developed an addiction to these Eagle Elite mafia books—I cannot get enough!
If you have yet to delve into the MAFIA MADNESS that is the world of Eagle Elite (Elite, Elect, Entice, and now Elicit), you should start NOW! Meet the five Families and our super sexy, swoon-worthy mafia men and our strong, kick a$$ Mafia women! I don't even know how to sum up the absolute EPICNESS of Rachel Van Dyken's Eagle Elite series. I have read each one and as I finished each book I would think how amazing it was and that there was no way she could possibly top it. Then Rachel would hand me the next book in the series and blow my mind away (and yes the pun is intended!) This series has it all - friendship, loyalty, secrets, betrayals, romance, love, steaminess, action, drama, laughter and tears. It will have you at the edge of your seat and begging for the next book! Don't wait any longer! Go and grab it NOW! You won't regret it!!
Now about Elicit…my reaction-weeks after reading this is still, NO WORDS! There are just NO WORDS that could ever do this book and the emotional rollercoaster it put me through justice! PLUS, OY VEY the spoilers!
Elicit is Tex and Mo’s book. Getting to know Tex better in this book – so worth the wait! His personality was really able to shine through here, every single nuance of it. No longer just the joker, who makes light of every situation, we get to see all of the other sides that have been hinted at in previous books. We see the man who was born to lead, the scary intelligence he possesses, the passionate lover, the all-consuming love he has always had for Mo. We really see Tex and Mo and their relationship – every volatile, hot and cold, push and pull, friend and enemy, love-filled, passionate moment of it. At times you want to wring their necks and scream at them! And other times it is the most beautiful thing you will read and I had tears pouring down my face.
The relationship between the friends, both our mafia women and our mafia men is just brilliant to see. It will both touch your heart and rip it to shreds! They are a Family in every sense of the word. BUT as the synopsis says
I've always been told Blood is thicker than life. I wish I would have listened. Because regardless of who you love? You will betray. You will kill.
Blood Always Wins.
The only way out is death...yours.
Welcome to the Dark Side of the Family.
Elicit was beyond even my wildest dreams! It is non-stop from the prologue to the very end. And there is even a special treat included! In the back of Elicit is a BONUS NOVELLA!!! All of you Nixon & Trace fans out there brace yourselves for Enamor! Where you get a bit more of Nixon bliss! I cannot recommend elicit highly enough!
I received a copy of Elicit.
Wow I loved 1-3 books about Nixon and Chase but I must say Tex is my all time favorite one he had me laughing through this whole book and series . Also I just loved how he was destined to fail his true family because of whose blood ran his vains. He had to put on a show for everyone just to come back out on top. He also showed what type of man he really was when Mo ask him to lie about a situation that wasn't even his and he did it in a heart beat even being shot and beaten up for it. Mo and Tex story was so amazing and sad for what they both had to sacrifice to save each other but in the end got everything they deserve. I mean really book 1-4 they all got what they all put there life's on the line for in the end . That what makes this series Amazing that even through all the bad they still get the good.
